Die Software "FreeAndOpenSolLeWitt" wurde ohne jegliche Aura erstellt und mehrfach auf Aurafreiheit geprüft. Da die Aura ein unabdingbarer Bestandteil der Kunst ist und LeWitt und Superflex Künstler sind, die Kunst produzieren, stellt "FreeAndOpenSolLeWitt" keine Kunst dar und ist daher keine Urheberrechtsverletzung.
